Social housing
F & S aims to structure social housing projects for elderly, young couples and those at risk of social exclusion acting as arranger in financing from European funds.
Artistic heritage
The project aims to:
-recover and enhance artistic and environmental assets;
– develop a different conception of the artistic and environmental heritage as an place of socialization with restaurants and cultural events;
-find partnerships and sponsors.
Finance district
F&S aims to fund industrial districts by creating a critical mass of credits to liquidate.
Culture and Art
F &S finances the production company. The company finances the artistic activity of the actors with a fixed amount per month. It is not produced then the show , but ” it produces the artist .”
